AVANT DE COMMANDER, veuillez s.v.p. LIRE ATTENTIVEMENT les lignes qui suivent, car la procédure est particulière.

Sachez d'abord qu'aucune transaction financière ne se fera sur le site de Proklesia. Dès que nous aurons reçu votre commande, nous vous enverrons une facture PayPal, qui inclura s'il y a lieu les frais de poste, dont vous pourrez vous acquitter par virement Interac à rjhoule@videotron.ca ou via PayPal si vous avez un compte ou encore par chèque à l'ordre des éditions Proklesia. (Notre adresse postale ainsi que notre adresse courriel se trouvent au haut de la facture).

Voici la procédure de livraison : Il ne vous sera pas possible de faire une commande « d’essai » pour vérifier les frais de port. Par contre, à l’aide des informations sur le site www.postescanada.ca, vous pouvez avoir une idée APPROXIMATIVE des frais de port et des délais de livraison auxquels vous pouvez vous attendre. Par exemple, notre manuel "Vie Abondante" pèse environ 475 grammes et mesure 22,5cm par 28,4cm par 1,8cm. Il vous faudra entrer notre code postal - H8N 2Z3 - et le vôtre.

Votre commande nous parviendra dès que vous cliquerez sur « Envoyer ». Sur réception de votre paiement, nous vous expédierons la marchandise.

Il n’y aura évidemment pas de frais de port pour le cours Vie Abondante en format PDF, qui est disponible seulement pour les clients outre-mer par rapport au Québec.

BEFORE YOU ORDER, please CAREFULLY READ the following lines, because the procedure is not what you would usually expect.

Please note that no financial transactions will be made on our Proklesia website. Once we will have recieved your ordre, we will send you a PayPal invoice (that will include shipping fees) which you can pay via Interac e-transfer to rjhoule@videotron.ca, or using a PayPal account, or by sending a cheque to éditions Proklesia. (Our address as well as our email address are on the Invoice).

The shipping procedure will be as follows: It will not be possible to fill in a “trial” order to see what shipping will cost. However, you can have an idea of the shipping cost and time by using the tools on www.canadapost.ca. For example, our "Abundant Life" manual weighs approximately 475 grams and mesures 22.5cm by 28.4cm by 1.8cm. You will need to enter our postal code - H8N 2Z3 - and yours.

Your order will be sent to us as soon as you click “Envoyer”. Upon receiving your payment, we will send you the items you ordered.
